checking in went so smoothly the staff was very friendly and the apartment was super clean, clear instructions and helpful staff make check in and check out extremely easy and straightforward, on a positive note the communication with the host was fast and effective, great place location was great close to everything, great location if you are working in grant park, lovely rental with access to hot tub and pool, apartment overlooks the train tracks and i enjoyed hearing the train occasionally roll through, i recommend this apartment for couples and families visiting chicago, very spacious
