Rajeev Rana, Senior Architect

I am a passionate technologist with interests in distributed computing, natural language processing (NLP) and algorithms. I have over 12 years of experience in building distributed and high performance enterprise solutions. This is my second stint at FirstRain. I worked as a Senior Engineer at FirstRain before moving to Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) 8 years back where I was Vice President, Rates Technology within Investment Banking. I joined FirstRain again in 2012 to be a part of the FirstRain growth story to drive enterprise architecture aspects such as scalability, performance, security & governance.

I have a Master’s degree in Computer Applications. Working in this age of Big Data, I’m inspired by the endless possibilities. We know that big data is only going to grow more complex and much more exciting, and so is working here at FirstRain!  Apart from the cutting edge technology that I enjoy working on, I really love the work culture and the dynamic team at FirstRain.
